Welcome to our special offer page! Here, you’ll discover how your initial design fee can be turned into an upfront credit for your total purchase. Specifically, if your approved project involves a qualifying purchase of $10,000 or more, we will deduct the entire amount of the design fee from that purchase. This effectively provides our design services at no extra cost, allowing you to invest confidently in creating your ideal space.

ESSENTIAL PACKAGE

Design services for up to three bedrooms.
The current space will be thoroughly surveyed, measurements will be verified, and photos of the area will be taken.
A customized furniture layout plan will be created for the space.
A mood board presentation will be provided, tailored to the design preferences and furniture selection.
Recommendations for wallpaper, wall coverings, paint colors, metal finishes, carpeting, and lighting will be included.
A minimum furniture purchase of $10,000 is required.
Upon approval of the project’s furniture purchase, 100% of the design fee will be credited towards the furniture as a prepayment.

DELUXE PACKAGE

Design services for up to three bedrooms.
A detailed survey of the space will be conducted, including verification of measurements and on-site photography.
Suggestions for wallpaper, wall coverings, paint colors, metal finishes, and lighting options will be provided.
A customized furniture layout plan will be created.
Conceptual visualizations will feature 3D renderings (three per room) for the selected spaces.
A minimum purchase of $50,000 is required.
Upon approval of the project’s purchase, 100% of the design fee will be credited towards as a prepayment.

PREMIUM PACKAGE

Design services for up to three bedrooms.
A comprehensive site survey will be conducted, including verification of measurements and on-site photography.
Recommendations will be provided for wallpaper, wall coverings, paint colors, metal finishes, and lighting selections.
Conceptual visualization will include 3D renderings (five per room) for the selected spaces.
360-degree views will be prepared for an immersive visualization experience.
A detailed project plan will be developed, complete with technical drawings.
A minimum purchase of $100,000 is required.
Upon approval of the project’s purchase, 100% of the design fee will be credited towards as a prepayment.

ELITE PACKAGE

A comprehensive site survey will be conducted, including verification of measurements and professional photography.
Tailored recommendations for wallpaper, wall coverings, paint colors, metal finishes, and lighting selections will be provided.
3D conceptual visualizations (five renderings per room) will be created for the rooms selected by the client. • A detailed project plan will be developed, including technical specifications.
A professional 3D animation will be produced, allowing you to fully experience the envisioned space.
A minimum purchase of $250,000 is required.
Upon approval of the project’s purchase, 100% of the design fee will be credited towards as a prepayment.
